I did make goal last weekend, just too exhausted/busy to post anything. Haven't caught up my gym log yet either. I'll post details later.

I have a pool where I am petsitting short term and I think I will go out and pool walk at 3 AM tonight - in this nasty heat I go to bed early. I need the ZEN of that starlit sky overhead while I enjoy the soothing exercise should be a big improvement on my day tomorrow!

I did make my goal for last week - again, really haven't posted anything. Not enough time in the day!

Fitball daily at work and started 1/2 hour of pool walking very early.

I'm back
Last week 1:18 for me. Joined Orangetheory and I did one workout last week and one yesterday. I'm sore where I didn't even know I had muscles I'm hoping that this is what I need to keep me interested and motivated, I kind of lost interest for a few weeks.

I wish you the best, Kelly! Staying focused is tough. Sometimes this WOE is easy. Sometimes it's not. Getting workouts in when your are so busy is tough, too. Find the balance, grasshopper. You can do it!

Hi Kelly - have you had time to go again? Wondering what that is and how you like it. I'll come visit and see how you are doing.

Thu Aug 11 - 1 hr Fitball at work
Fri Aug 12 - 1 hr Fitball at work
Sat Aug 13 30 min dancing to Pandora

total: 5 hours 30 min

only an hour for me this week. I hurt myself at work and have been trying to take it easy and we were out of town the week before so not much to report. Feeling better and I have planed for a workout tomorrow. Orange Theory is not for the faint of heart, they really make you work so I have to be in the right frame of mind to go

Oh no, sorry to hear about the injury! Yes, don't push it...I'm sure you'll do low impact. I will have to look up Orange Theory...
