Default LCHF for the Holidays

Here we are, smack-dab in the middle of the Eating Season. Yes, my friends, from Halloween all the way to New Year's Day, most people give themselves permission to eat and drink to excess. Matter of fact, family members practically shove goodies down our throats. If we didn't over indulge, what would we do on January 2nd? We're all so perfect that we'd have nothing to put on our list of New Year's Resolutions.

So how brave are YOU? Will you join me on the unpopular subject of abstaining from carbohydrates throughout the Holiday Season?

I need help this year with my resolve so thought I'd start this thread. I'll be here.

Hi Glenda!!!

Well, it's New Year's Eve! We did it!!! We ran the holiday gauntlet and came out the other side!!!!

Innumerable temptations at every turn- but I just didn't pay much attention to them...

I had

Not one bite
Not one taste
Not one crumb!!!

SUPER pleased with myself.

I hope you were successful too!!!

Resolve stays strong!

Let's make 2019 the BEST EVER!!!!

Wish I could have been as good as you, but I wasn't. My weight is now back to where it was before I indulged. At least there's that.

Congratulation! If I had a prize to offer you, I would.

Happy 2019!
