Default Vitamins-% of RDA vs Mgs

hi! Forgive me if Im asking something thats been covered.

I am trying to enter a protin shake and the vitamin info on the package is listes as % of RDA values. MY PLAN asks for vitamins in milligrams. How do I figure that out without breaking a calculator out?
BTW I much prefer that its mgs vs RDA %. Id rather have a hard number than a percentage of a suggestion made by the FDA of all people!

I also had that problem. Would it be possible to have a look-up table that has the mg, ug, etc. for 100% RDA? For instance, I have a can of green beans that lists Vitamin A 6%, Vitamin C 4%, etc.

This is planned to be added, but not in the near future. This is due to the different regulations and recommendations internationally as what those recommended values/percentages are.

However, a lookup table is a great idea, as an temporary solution.

Thanks so much for your fast response! I agree, its MUCH better to have it in milligrams, a definite measurement. No one is goning to agree on how much you should have of anything, and everyone has special needs. A % of a reccomendation is so vague, and really dosent mean much.

A look up table would rock. I just started using MY PLAN today and Im blow AWAY!! I've been using fitday online for years, and honestly, I cant belive how much better MY PLAN is.
