Default The Lingo

I try to read other people's posts, but have a hard time with all of the abbreviations and number ratios listed. I have no idea what these mean! Can someone enlighten me so that I can learn from other people's posts too? And also, so I can understand this foreign language everyone is speaking...

This is a start. I recognize more but can't think of them at the moment.

WOE - Way of eating
DW - Dear Wife (DH for husband)
HFLC - High fat low carb

Plus the standard text abbreviations (many of which I have to look up)

When you come across one, ask. I did and people were happy to help

We need to make a glossary

Collect a bunch and paste them here in this thread and we'll fill in the blanks.

The ones I don't understand are all the ones like DH and stuff - refering to relations haha! You are not alone Green

The numbers might be Keto macronutrient ratios, commonly 5% Carbs, 20% Protein and 75% Fat. Other numbers may be cholesterol (CHO) or Blood Glucose (BG)..blood markers have many numbers, would have to know the context.
