I'm on week 5, lost 12 on induction, started exercising, am eating about 30 grms carbs/day, gaining weight!! I've gained 5 in a week!! What's going on???

Hi Chris,

This may actually be a good sign. For most people when they start exercising, if they were sedentary, they would gain a lot of muscle in the initial phase. This is a good thing, since it decreases your body fat ratio, and makes you leaner and look leaner. Have you taken tape measurements of your body? You may notice weight increase, but your cloths will fit better and become looser. This is not really a stall, but a shift in body composition, more muscle, less fat. Take measurements, and it should confirm this.
