I started Atkins 10 days ago . In the first week I lost 3 lbs of fluid and it seems to have stopped .

I am drinking at least 10 glasses of water , I started exercise 2 days ago .

Here is a typical days intake for me :

Breakfast: 2 egg cheese omlette with cream fried in buter
snack: brazil nuts (3.3g)
Lunch: salad (1g) with vinaigrette my own , chicken , veggies (5-6g)eg: cherry tomatoes, cucumber ,celery .
Dinner: chicken/fish/bacon. salad (1g) or veggies (4g)
cream ,mayo and creme fraiche used ,say 3 g

I never total more than 15g cho approximately ,knowingly

coffee- decaff not more than 2 cups with nutrasweet

I cannot eat when I dont feel like food

the food looks good as far as it goes. I might try these tweaks:

no nutrasweet

add more veggies--aim for 20 ECC grams of carbs, which may well be 30 total grams before deducting fibre

run your food through fitday to make sure you're getting at least 2000 calories a day (with the nuts, I'd guess you are). If you don't, your body can go into "starvation mode" and hang onto the fat in defense of what it assumes is a coming ice age.

be patient. I know, I know, that's hard. But if you're eating and exercising healthily, your body will balance out to a healthy size and shape for you. Forget the scale if it drives you mad....pay attention instead to how you feel, how your clothes feel, and only weigh once a month or so, if that.

HTH!
