I was just reading about someone who said if you don`t eat enough you can stall your diet.
I don`t know how many calories i should have .
If anyone can help me here,please!

Goodmorning....They say no lower than 10x-12x your bodyweight in calories.

When ever my calories go down, my weight always stalls!!!

It really is hard to break the mentality of less is better, but in this case it isnt.

Take a look at some really thin people and look at how much they eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that should tell us something.

Eat 10-12x your weight. It will go down as you go down!
