Smile New Here

Hi! I'm new here and just happy to find others in the same boat. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and I'm on Yasmin & Glucophage. In my research over the past couple of weeks, I found out Low Carb diet is pretty much standard for PCOS patients. My doctor hasn't said anything about diet. Is anyone here on Glucophage and are you doing Adkins at the same time? How is it working for you? After floating around 200 for a while, I finally feel like I'm losing weight, although it has been slow. I am a little nervous about starting Adkins since he says in his book that you really should not be on diabetes medicine with his diet. Any insight from others would be appreciated.
