Default Password reset

I can sign on from home because my password is saved. But I don't know what the password is. When trying to sign on from work I clicked the forgot password button but never received the email link to reset password.

Help please.

The mail server has been hiccuping and generally not working properly - or at all - for months now. Sigh

However ... because you've saved the password on your home device, you can reset it without an email and without needing to remember your current password

On the Edit Email & Password page, click the "Enter your present password to continue" box .. your browser will give a pop-up with your saved password (as a string of dots). Select it, then proceed to enter a new password, confirm the new password, then Save Changes. That's it, you're good to go and can use the new password to log on from work

Hope that helps

Doreen

You're welcome

Don't forget to also change your browser's setting to save the NEW password, if there's not an automatic prompt to do so. For example, in Chrome you'd go to Settings, then Autofill, then passwords .. scroll down the list to forum.lowcarber.org

I'm good now.
