Drew Carey

It seems Drew Carey went on a low carb (he's calling it a no-carb diet, but if you read what he ate, it's not) diet and dropped 80lbs. I figured someone on here would have been all over this by now?

They are also saying he had some help from a "custom-made appetite suppressant administered by a Hollywood nutritionist."......interesting to know more about what that exactly was....pretty sad that he was promoting it as "no carbs".....pretty mis-leading to the average joe person who may be clueless about this way of eating...this is why society is so misguided many times

I did see that pic today! That's crazy. I had a hunch he did LC but didn't see anything about it.

He looks a little weird now.

Those magazines could have edited some of what he really said. He is probably in a maintenance phase now and incorporating fruit.

He does a little bit. Part of that might be that he's getting old. I am not used to seeing him at all recently since I am not in the US. I wouldn't recognise him now.

But good on him for being healthier.

I saw the pictures today and I was surprised at the "before" pic. Its been awhile since I saw him so I was surprised to see that he aged. Not sure why we all age but he certainly has dropped a ton of weight and he looks much younger then his before pic.

His diet includes fruits and vegetables, so it's not what most people consider a zero-carb diet.

LOL (and I don't type that often). I came back to the computer because I wanted to add that I realised he looks like he's channelling Orville.


I am not belittling his weight loss or anything.

LOL... no doggin' Orville Redenbacher... he's from my hometown where we have a Popcorn Festival every year!!

(and you can go to the plant and get bags and bags of test popcorn that is great for dumping into a friend's car when you are twenty and wanting to play pranks!! )

I suspect he may have gone a DL (Down Low) Route and had Surgery...

he really looks great.

i think he called it no carb just as an off the cuff comment referring to the lack of doughnuts and such.
