Your plan is stated as 'Adkins', which I presume is actually Atkins? If so, during Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL), you should have found your carbohydrate threshold, known as your Carbohydrate Level for Losing (CLL) and progressed through the carb ladder. Now you need to test your carb tolerance and find your Atkins Carbohydrate Equilibrium (ACE). In other words, find the carb level where you no longer lose or put weight on, but where you stay within a 5lb range of your goal weight.
