Restarted and feel great so far!

I am back to this low carb WOE and am starting to see immediate results. I needed to change my WOE becuase of my diabetes and so far so good; lower BG levels have been frequent of late.

Thanks for this forum its a wealth of information. Looking forward to get on board some challeneges to keep me focused.
