Default a cleanse/fast question?

I have a question, has anyone did an only oranges cleanse/fast thing for 2 to 3 days? If so what were your results?(weight loss, more energy, weight gain) I dont want to take pills or teas for this cleanse so im wondering also if its too high in natural sugars, for anyone whos trying lc vegetarianism. any help here greatly appreciated!!!

Hi Danole!

Oranges would be too high in carbohydrates for anyone on the Atkins program, vegetarian or not. I'm wondering why you are thinking of a cleanse at this point?

Have you checked the Vegetarian Forum yet? Several people are successfully LC'ing there.

well i dont really do the "atkins" i do however follow lc eating ways.I dont know how to change that thing atkins on my information bio thingy.(sorry)
I am pretty much now at my goal weight.(-2 lbs) Ive been working real hard on my abs,(trying to get well defined 6-pack) well theres still this little tiny bit o pouch, there. And my trainer said it may be build up of toxins,or tissue you might want to look into a colon irrigation,or the pill or tea way in the cleansing systems that are available. And after if pouch(tiny bit) remained it would be just a heredity thing that never totally would disapear. So in a nutshell this is why i want to do this.danole~
