Default Thanks I finally clicked!

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that offered advice and support last week when I was so frustrated and ready to quit. I went from 208, beginning weight up to 217 and then in on week and 2 days went back down to 208.5.
I had been yo-yoing for years and I truly think my bones and muscles were deleted of protein. I lost 8.5 pounds this last week and feel alot more energetic now since I stuck to it. Thank you all for your help, support and advice. I am on a downward spiral with this woe and I am never going to quit. Good luck to all and have a great day!

Great job!

Sometimes it's frustrating, but sticking with it shows that you CAN do it, and it WILL work!

Congrats.

Hi Jane, I found that is one thing you have to do is just stick to it. I have been up and down and all around the 200's in the past year or so and I notice a cheat as small as you may think always shows up. Every time I change something I give it a good 2 weeks to make sure it works. Just remember to keep changing what you eat and you will see a difference. Good Luck!
