Default Not sure how this works but...

Hi... I'm not sure how this forum works. I've been lc'ing for a while with sucess. Try to get into the gym but have not ever "buddied up" with someone. I imagine it helps out.. support wise and all. I'm in Canada... B.C. but I guess that doesn't really matter when buddying up via computer haha... Do people pair up or group together and give eachother support on this forum??? What type of info is needed and how does one "buddy up"? Sorry that I sound so clueless.... I've been using this site for a while ( it's the best!!) but this is the first time I've ventured into this forum! Joanne.

Default I'm nearby and wouldn't mind a buddy!

Hi Jo. I'm Jo too! That's funny! I am also considered somewhat in the Fraser Valley--we get those nasty cold winds blowing down outta there anyway!! Too much! Still looking for a buddy? Would like to do that if you're interested.

I have been lc-ing (this time) since August or so. Currently doing a candida cleanse diet which is lc and absolutely no sugar or refined flours along with other specifications. Doing really well. Even gave up those pesky artificial sweetners and can't believe the difference they make in how I feel about sugar and sweet things.

Interested? Jo
