Smile I don't have time to go to the gym...

Seems I amalways running my children to softball, work, band practice and Curves closes at 7:00, the Y is very crowed after 5:00 and it takes about 90 minutes (counting waiting in line for machines) to accomplish a 30 - 40 minute workout. So I have decided to use exercise videos/dvds instead. Right now I am using Denise Austin's Ultimate Metabolism Boosting Workout - which comes with power bands for resistance (25 minutes), and Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Workout (40 minutes). But I haven't really found anything specific for Ab's that I like or can actually do and I am a bit worried that if I don't my belly skin will just hang there when I lose the weight - any suggestions for ab workouts?

Sounds like you really have a busy schedule. That is awesome not letting it get in your way of achieving your goal(s).

Learn some bodyweight training exercises to add to your vids/dvds.

For abs, the Janda sit-up is one of the best. http://www.cbass.com/HardestSitup.htm

You can also pick up a great bodyweight training book/dvd from dragondoor.com called 'The Naked Warrior.'
