Finally bought a barbell and set of weights today. 6kg barbell, with 2 x 1.25, 2 x 2.5 and 2 x 5kg weights. The condescending prick who sold them to me seemed to think I wouldn't possibly need all those. I'm going to be torn between going back in a very short time to buy more, and going elsewhere so he doesn't get my business.
Had a good workout, but was too pooped to do my biceps and forearms, so will revert to a split routine after today.
