This isn't really a recipe, but I put squid together with some red onions, sliced really thin (I own a mandoline), red, green, and yellow bell peppers, also sliced really thin, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sometimes I add other veggies. Makes for a good refreshing summer salad.
Oh, to cook the squid, you can either grill it, or have them sliced in rings.
For the rings, I usually boil salted water and throw them in until cooked.
