Default Carmelitas, Símores and Scotcheroos

I make this treat in special occasions like Christmas when I plan to stay low carb.

The following blog has been amazing and Carolynís recipes taste great and appreciate her hard work. Compared to eating store bought sugar feee treats, I donít get the sickly feeling after sugar alcohols when baking these treats.

Here are some of of my favs I have made over and over again...
