Somersweet

ok, has anyone tried the Suzanne Somer's Somersweet? I am trying to find out what is in it.. I have a friend who is low carbing w/ this plan and has lost a good amoutn of weight and swears by this stuff. Says it tastes better than Splenda in her opinion..
Just wondering if anyone here has tried and what you thought.. is it legal for Atkins folks??

I Asked That Too

The answers from the experts here told me it has fructose in it and that fructose can play havoc with your blood sugars, when i checked the label i saw they were right, (they are always right) i had bought some of her hot chocolate, well at least my kids are enjoying it.
