Default Back again?

I haven't been here in 3 years. I gave up, started again, gave up, started again, gave up, etc.
Since this whole pandemic, I haven't even weighed myself, and quite frankly, I'm almost afraid to see the damage I've done with my carelessness.
BUT.....tomorrow I am going to swallow the bitter pill of truth and see how much I've gained. I'll adjust my stats accordingly.
THEN the hard part...getting started again. It is especially hard because I am only 5' tall and have a 6'3" skinny husband who can (and does) eat anything he wants. It get so discouraging even though I know I feel better on LC.

Welcome (back) Deb!

That first weigh-in can be the most daunting. Follow the Nike motto and just do it. You are in good company.

If you are interested in a monthly weigh-in group, check this one out: The “First” Challenge.. It starts tomorrow, January 1.

It’s a great accountability tool.

Best wishes and happy new year!

Thanks for the response Gypsybyrd. I clicked on the link and it didn't take me to the challenge. How do I find it? I need something like this.

I found it, but for now I hope I figured out the ticker and use it for now. I really need to get back into the habit of checking in here daily though, thanks!
