Default I'm back too!

Hi,
I've been here before, and thought I had gained everything back. However, I see I'm still 9 pounds down from my starting weight. I was over 200 at one point. I did get down to 172 a few years ago. Then had two shoulder surgeries and when people brought us food, of course it wasn't low carb. My weight started creeping up. Then stress, stress, stress, and stress - along with other health problems, and I'm totally off track!

I'm stepping back in slowly. This is a bad time of year to start again, so I'm not going to stress about it until after Christmas. In the meantime, I'm collecting recipes and correct foods, and trying every day to stick to low carb.

Hi y'all!

Welcome back! It's actually a great time to start again. Just think of how much more frustrated you would be if you waited until after the new year (like 99% of people would). You would be almost a month behind where you are by starting now. Great job getting going again!

I agree with Jeff. There's no time like the present!

You can start slow and maybe start at 100 g. That will still make a difference.

My very first low carb day was around 80 g if I remember right, and half of the carbs came from a chick-fil-a sandwich.

I got a lot of good advice from people on how to start in my introduction thread.

Welcome back
