Default Hi from BC Canada 🇨🇦

Hi all. I am not new to this site and have lost my weight , gained it back, lost more weight ,gained back more etc. I was down to about 30 lbs above goal weight and was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have put on 40 lbs in the last
11 months. I want to recommit myself and found Journaling helped in the past. I am grateful this site is here.

Hi and welcome back, Pam. I'm very sorry to hear of your cancer battle and I wish you a clean bill of health in the future. I lost my mom to cancer secondary to the breast cancer, and I have basically every risk factor for breast cancer, also.

I see from your journal that your husband is eating LC, too. That's a big advantage. My hubby doesn't, but I'm the Chief Cook And Bottle Washer, so he eats what I make and it's healthier than it would be if he was on his own.

Wishing you good luck and good health.

Thank you Sniggle and Christine both.

Yes hubby has been a saboteur in the past but he is full game on, as he too has a belly to get rid of

Welcome back Pamela! I came back after being gone for a few years myself. It's great to get going again.

Breast cancer is not an easy road and I hope that you get a clean bill of health soon. I do hope that going LC will help in that aspect.

I'll be sure to check out your journal and offer encouragement and help wherever I can.

Welcome back! I too returned after being gone so many years. There are so few good internet groups left. I am not a Facebook fan, for many reasons, so glad this one is still here!

I think many of us have struggled with the ups and downs of weight loss! I've been there too many times, but the key is to keep trying and never, ever give up. Eventually we learn what we need to and the support from others really helps along the way!
