Default Back again

Hi everyone! I've decided to come back to what I know that works. I've signed up for a number of online weight managements and always cancel after reviewing them because I know in my heat what really works. So here I am. A lot has changed since the last time I was here. I'm older 55 this year, so now the focus is to lose the weight for health issues instead of trying to fit into my tight jeans. I haven't picked a start day yet. I want to prepare some foods first.
Happy to be back!!!

Welcome back

I'm also back here this week, after taking a few months off (and gaining over 20lbs, sheesh!).

I've found what works for me is keeping a journal here, where I list out all the food I'm eating-the good and the bad It gives me a level of accountability to myself.

Welcome back all! I think there are a lot of us that have come back to what we know works. I came back myself about a month ago and it's feeling great to be back in the groove.
