Default Coming Off The Meat & Egg Fast

So today is my third and final day of the meat and egg fast. Tomorrow I will start putting carbs (20 grams) back in to my diet. I've lost 4.5 lbs and according to the test strips, I'm in a moderate range of ketosis. Yeah!!!

My question is; do I add my carbs gradually, or do I just consume my 20 grams on my first day?

IMO, you are best to increase them gradually.
