I was wondering if there's anyone out there who would like to e-mail with me. I'm 36, married and want to lose around 20 more pounds. I've lost most of the weight following other diets (diets that I can't do forever!). I just started Atkins yesterday and I was hoping to find an e-mail buddy in a similar situation to mine.

Thank you for your reply Agonycat. I agree, I love the fact that I can come here and chat with so many people. I also like the personal e-mailing with a diet buddy because we can give each other more of a personal support or help. I'll keep checking ll the board any way!

Just to let you know...today's been a week since I started induction and I had a bad skin reaction...It happened to me when I tried Atkins last July. I was hoping that now, without the heat of the summer, I could get away with it. It's like a heat rash, it gets pretty bad if I keep it going. So, I'll have to modify my low carb diet and won't be able to follow Atkins as I should...
