I notice both of the thread links you've copied/pasted here are http://. They should be https:// and there should be a secured padlock icon to the left on the address bar.

Are you accessing the threads directly from the forum, or from a bookmark or other external link such as a subscription notification? I've noted that thread links in subscription emails show http: but in my browser (Chrome) they automatically convert to the secured https:// format when clicked.

I'm wondering if the problem might be due to Firefox not automatically converting to the secured https: format. Try clicking the http: links in the quotes above. Is the newly opened page converted automatically to https:? If not, if the page starts with http: and shows the unsecured icon .. that may be the cause of the problem.

Can you switch to another browser? That may be the easiest "fix" for this issue
