hi there kimberlina,

Um, I haven't heard of a link between whey protein and arthritis before? I'm a wee bit confused what you're asking ... do you mean that you've heard that whey protein may help arthritis? or that it may be bad for arthritis?

I have read some sources which suggest that allergy or sensitivity to cow milk dairy products, as well as wheat, sugar and nightshade family fruits (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, etc) can aggravate the inflammations of arthritis.

Default sorry so vague

thanks for your reply Doreen. i had heard that whey may cause aggravation in regards to arthritis. but that may be tied also to dairy allergies and the like. i questioned my family doctor yesterday, but he seemed to think it didnt play any part in that. i was just wondering if there was any medical research on that kind of thing. THANKS!!!!!!!
