Morning nausea
Once again, I turn to this forum for help and I am sure you all have lots of answers and suggestions. For those who dont know, my 12 year old daughter has hashimotos and we have recently begun to see an integrative dr. who is GREAT!!! Finally listens!! He has run extensive tests and they have shown that her adrenals arent working properly so we are addressing that with adrenal support medicine and she is getting better. He has changed her diet completely and she is eating low carb, good fats and gluten free. The problem we are finding now is morning nausea. Several mornings she throws up or just feels really bad before and after eating. He says low morning blood sugar and she is eating something at night to carry her over but it is still bad. Any thoughts? Thanks!
