Thumbs up Fresh Roasted Pumpkin! Mmm

anyone ever tried FRESH Roasted Pumpkin? i just made one and it was Sooooooooooooo Yummy! i LOVE canned pumpkin, and i heard someone talking about eating just Fresh Roasted Savory Pumpkin, so i had to try it, and it was Super Duper Good...! i cut it in half, cleaned it out, sprinkled it with a little Salt & Pepper, rubbed the outside with Olive Oil and roasted it for almost an hour on 350... Oh My Gosh... this is Thee Best! i just scraped it out, added a little Butter and a little more Salt & Pepper to taste... OR you can just add Butter, Cinnamon and Splenda if you like it Sweet and its OK for Induction! just remember its on the "other veggie" list for Induction... if you like pumpkin at all, you should try it!

I've never tried it but I just might now on your recommendation.

How large was the pumpkin you roasted? I can only seem to get huge ones here.
