What did you guys eat (or try to eat) when you had morning sickness? I would imagine craving things like Saltines and toast, so I'm wondering if there is something low carb that would be appetizing.

(I'm not pg yet, but I hope to be at some point!)

I think the previous poster's experience of having less trouble with morning sickness following 3 years of lowcarbing has alot of truth to it, so you are already helping the situation by following Bernstein. When I was pregnant and had MS I could not keep anything down I took whatever calories I could get. It was hard because I ate sugar 24/7. I wish I'd been more careful, demanded more IV fluid replacement to lessen the dehydration and spent more time strategizing about getting more saturated fat and animal protein - I think that would have helped alot. But it was really hard - many days all I could do was suck down Coke and ice cream.
