I found the link below today while doing some googling. I think it's probably one of the better websites I've seen for PCOS.

I actually bought their ebook and it's pretty good. Lots of info, reviews of studies, intelligent info to help PCOSers make informed decisions. They don't actually advocate lo-carb, but they're not against it either and are pretty clear that every woman is unique and has to do what works for her. You might find some good ideas or tips on the site and in the book.
