Hi everyone, I started Atkins last week and have lost 1 pound (I've done it before but not for long). I was hoping to lose more but I was told that the wine I drank probably hindered some weight loss so I've cut that out now. I'm enjoying the diet, especially 90-second bread which someone told me about. I don't eat it every day but it comes in handy. I hope to have a lot of success with Atkins and am glad I found this forum!

Welcome, if you follow the plan you should see results. I'm 16 lbs down but within 10 lbs of my goal, good luck!

Hi, I too have returned back and have been on Atkins for 23 days. This go around I am determined to make LC eating my way of life. I feel so much healthier on it. I have lost 8.6 pounds, and faced many bumpy roads during this time. I have approximately 35 pounds to lose. The members of LC Places are fantastic support, very experienced and answer questions quickly. You are definitely in the right place. Good luck on your journey! You will do great if you put your mind to it.
