Welcome DW!

I begun eating the CAD/CALP in 1999,
My favorit book was: The Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program

Love the feeling, the energy the result!

Check out "power by the hour" thread! And feel free "to visit" our journals, I love having one, really helpful tool.

Lots of wisdom here. Great forum!

Default Thanks All

I'm glad I'm here too. I bought the Book CA Plan for Life or something like that. Some things about the initial 2 week plan aren't quite clear yet but this Forum is very helpful. I'm on day 2. The list that was posted a few days ago was very helpful.
Went to Trader Joe's shopping yesterday.
Giving up flavored/artificially sweetened drinks totoally will be hard. I have maybe 1 diet Pepsi a day and maybe a gladd of Crystal Light Tea, but only AFTER I have had my water for the day.
