Excellent session. Thermic effect conversation is extremely interesting, and the omega 3 health benefits and ability to mitigate cancer are things that we can adopt today.

They are talking about bottled water and minerals.
Does anybody have a link comparing?
They mentioned San Pelegrino as being high in minerals and also mentioned another which I couldn't hear.
I like Mountain Valley in glass but would like to read a comparison of all brands. It's impossible to find in a search.

https://www.gerolsteiner.de/en/
Said it had double the amount of Magnesium? than San Pelegrino.
It's sold in glass bottles at Trader Joes, Whole Foods, etc.
I like the strong minerally taste (some do not) Mark Sisson was a big fan, why I bought it, but it's a pain to schlep the heavy glass bottles home individually. San Pelligrino is sold in glass at costco by the case, somewhat more manageable, but an expensive treat in place of a drink, not going to be my everyday water.

cool...just found a Mineral Calculator http://www.mineral-calculator.com/t...calculator.html

Yes! Thank you Janet!!!

I wonder if the higher levels of Mag and Pot are added or natural. You never know these days. I'm not sure if I like the higher levels of calcium since I get plenty. Not necessarily good to get too much.
It also had higher levels of phosphate but San Pelegrino is Very high in phosphate.

I drink Mountain Valley now.

Sometimes I can get it at Sprouts for $2 per 1ltr bottle. Whole Foods is 2.50.
