I`ll be travelling to the Hamilton area. Any low carb stores in the area? I`ll be staying in the Upper James area with visits to Mount Hope and Cayuga.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

im sure hamilton will have a gnc store in one of their malls,they really have a great selection now.

As far as I know GNC doesn't have an online presence.

We have a GNC in my local shopping mall with quite a few LC products.

But i'm always looking for something different.

Recently tried the Morningstart cereal. The banana is very good.

Yep. There is a low carb store at Upper Ottawa and Stonechurch and it is right next to Alex's meat and deli (which I find ironic to say the least)

It is called The LoCarb Store and the phone number is 905-389-0007

I know they are open Sundays from 12 noon to 5 pm and you can give them a buzz for their other hours.

BTW if you are heading there DO NOT head into the nearby Wraps place for lunch. They are extremely expensive and have NOTHING low carb there worth eating. The best place for a low carb lunch is Montana's on Upper James IMO.

I visited this LC store on Saturday. It's a small location, but it is absolutely jam-packed with LC products. Spent about 50$ and I know that if I lived in the area, i'd be there often.
