Default Egg fast information??

I've been 140 for almost over a month now. I was thinking of trying the egg fast. Where can I get more information on it? I tried a search, but that didn't help.

Eggs and fat. That's all you need to know. Fat as in bacon grease, mayonnaise, butter.

Although I just did a poll on the eggfast and only got 2 survey responses and they BOTH said they got a whoosh but are stalled again. I don't think the eggfast is all it's cracked up to be (forgive the pun! ).

I'm sure you've seen many methods on breaking a stall... have you tried cutting certain culprit foods (diet soft drinks, aspartame, nuts, etc) out first?
