Last night we went out to the track. I had dinner first and that was big mistake. I was miserable the entire time. I was doing pretty good, pacing myself and running the straights. Then my kid had to go poop. We had to leave before I was done. I had another good 3 or 4 laps in me, and was super warmed up. Needed a cool down walk but didn't get one. Tried to stretch a bit when I got home.
Thinking about signing up for the 5K in Beaumont on May 1st. Gonna try to talk Bush into it too.

Talked Bush into the 5K. Slept on it overnight and woke up going "WTF was I thinking?!" lol

Didn't get any exercise in yesterday. It was a long day and I was super tired. Will do better today!

Went to the track and made 6 laps. The first was just to warm up, the next five were walking the curves and running the straight portion in front of the basketball court. Took 40 minutes and felt wonderful!

Joined Sea Rim Striders and did the resolution run on 1/1/12.
3.1 in 1:09. Total run: 3.5 miles
Walked slowly the whole way. Belly full of Tequila and Vodka.
Yesterday did 6 or 7 laps at the track.
