Default Learning curve! Christi Taylor

Back in the day, I had a bunch of Christi Taylor workouts, floor and step. I remember liking them a lot.

Now that my workout space is set up in my new house, I have two DVDs I kept: Cardio Collectibles (two workouts--step and floor) and another four-workout collection.

I still like Christi, but I can tell it's going to take a while before I catch on (again) to her excellent cuing style, not to mention peppy choreography. While I'm stumbling around on certain moves, I remember how I used to do them easily!

Well, still fun. Like LC lifestyle in general, this is another way for Mother Nature to teach me patience. And a sense of humor.

When I was at the gym yesterday there was a class going on in the group exercise room. The door was open and I could hear the instructor talking to the class on her mike. At one point - and I could see there was some tricky choreography going on - she told the class: It doesn't matter what you do, just keep moving.

I suspect Christi would give you the same advice. And after a few sessions I bet you get your mojo back. Have fun!

Thanks, Liz. You're right! While I'm staring at the tv with that DUH expression on my face, I keep my feet and arms moving.

Have you ever noticed that we have the same height, beginning and goal weights? I just noticed the other day...

Just did. And I'm pretty dang jealous of that middle number you've got!
