I was a little (well, a lot) disappointed by the scales today. I was so frustrated I almost said the heck with it and gave up. BUT, I didn't. This will all pay off, I have to have patience.

Iamgeorge, sometimes working out makes me not lose or even gain, too. I've read on a different low carb resource it's because something about our muscles retaining water. So I don't freak out, I tell myself cardio is good for my heart.
