Default Penang Curry

Penang Curry simple and easy.

2 Chicken fillets
3 tablespoons of Asia ~ home Red curry paste - 2g
I can of Ayam light coconut cream 270ml - 3g

serves a family of 4. total carb 5g maybe 2g per serving.

It would be nice to have it on rice however I put lettuce on the bottom of the plate and serve chicken on top. Or you could have as a soup. Husband loves it and kid love it.
I didn't add any vegetables however you can add any variety.

simple and easy to enjoy asian food again.

Leonie
