Angry I cheated and am paying the price!

Yesterday I had to leave home in a hurry and didn't get to eat anything. About an hour after I got to my destination I felt like my blood sugar was dropping. The only thing I could do was grab a full sugared soda. I figured that was better than passing out. I drank my soda but didn't really feel better until I got home and ate. Oh well.
Today.. I am paying the price for all that sugar. I feel awful just awful. I feel blah, dehydrated, nervous and headachey and slightly moody! Oh and I also gained 4lbs overnight!

This really makes it hit home for me that sugar is poison!!!! Before I decided doing Atkins I had read many forums and I remember seeing where people have "cheated" and said how awful they felt the next day and I thought.. "Oh please, it's just carbs/sugar. Surely it doesn't effect them that badly." But it DOES!!!
This was a hard lesson learned.. but I very important one. I am already dairy free because of what it does to me. I am now officially sugar free!

How about i gained 7 pounds in 3 days! 176 to 183 - Nightmare. You just gotta get back on the horse though. I'm back down to 177 and ready to lose more!

The important thing is, you learned your lesson and that's a mistake you won't make again.
