Oh MAN I miss drinking coffee! Maybe if my gut/general health get good enough I could indulge again, even with a bit of half and half or cream......but that is not for today! Miss going to Starbucks. I used to get their Frappaccinos ALL the time, to my detriment. But they were SO good.
I could still get a nice dairy free sugar free frothed up steamed milk, using the Skinny Mocha Syrup and either almond or coconut milk, once Starbucks opens again and if I have the transportation etc....yada yada.....
Had popcorn this morning....otherwise all is well diet wise. Seem to be getting into a habit of better eating.
