Oh MAN I miss drinking coffee! Maybe if my gut/general health get good enough I could indulge again, even with a bit of half and half or cream......but that is not for today! Miss going to Starbucks. I used to get their Frappaccinos ALL the time, to my detriment. But they were SO good.

I could still get a nice dairy free sugar free frothed up steamed milk, using the Skinny Mocha Syrup and either almond or coconut milk, once Starbucks opens again and if I have the transportation etc....yada yada.....

Had popcorn this morning....otherwise all is well diet wise. Seem to be getting into a habit of better eating.

Daily Weigh-ins
July 1st=240
July 2nd=237
3rd = 237
4th = 235 (IF my scale is correct!)
5th = 235
6th = 235
7th = 235
8th = 235 WOW I'm really stuck at this weight!
9th = 234 Very encouraging
10th = 234
11th = 233
12th = 235 Back up.
13th = 234 Back DOWN one! YAY
14th = 235 Back up. Up and downsie.....

I'd be fine with it if I could just stay the same or drop a couple of pounds by the end of the month.

If I lose 3 pounds a month (of which there is no guarentee, of course!), by the first of next year (all things being equal) I COULD actually weigh 220. Is that REALLY possible???? I would be SO entirely shocked.

The main thing is my health though, including the foggy brain stuff, and the gut, which is actually much improved.

I swear my body somehow knows when it's getting close to the 70s because everything always slooooooooows down!

I've been down this road many, MANY times. I WILL hang in there, it gets easier on the other side!
