Default Happy dance... after two weeks on vacation....

..... I was actually excited and looking forward to stepping on the scale when I arrived home. Lo and behold, I lost two pounds! Now THAT is a milestone if I ever had one! I have never EVER come home from a vacation weighing less. WOO HOO!

So, for anyone doubting that you can keep on the program while on vacation, doubt no more! If I can do it, anyone can! Yes, you have to "think" about your choice of foods, but it's not limiting in any way, at least it wasn't for me.

Happy dance at my house!

thanks everyone!

.... of course people look at you kinda funny when you throw out the hamburger bun, but hey, it worked. And the good thing is I didn't stall out because of any of the rum I consumed! :-)

All good..,.
