Well beef bacon would finally open 'bacon' up to the gazillion people who don't eat pork, at least. I know there's turkey bacon... but it just isn't the same.

Never heard of beef bacon, we butcher our beef and don't cut out that sort of thing. Hmm, going to have to resurch that.

$7 a lb? Someone either lost their marbles or got incredibly smart in a hurry to make people pay that kind of money for beef.
