I have lost over 90 pounds. I always laughingly equate it to two bags of horse feed. My first 50 pound loss was one bag of feed. It really brought it home to me because those bags of feed are so heavy to lift (if you have horses you will understand )........ I would pick up a bag to dump it into our container and think how heavy it was and how I had that much extra weight on me.. Just thinking about walking around carrying that 50 pound sack of feed was telling. No way I could carry two bags.......yet my body had been doing that for several years. I know that my feet and knees REALLY appreciate that loss

MS Arielle.....I do not remember 100 pound bags of feed! Wow, that would have been impossible for me. I had trouble with the 50 pound bags. Actually my hubby usually does all the bag lifting for me but there have been times when he went out of town for his job for weeks, and I had to buy feed and pick up and move those bags, and the times he had surgery for one thing or another and I had to do it for a long time.

It just really brought it home to me how much that weight felt on my body.

1 spare tire + 1 Chihuahua + 1 Guinea pig
gone for good.

I know there’s just an inner golden retriever. 🐾🐾

I know, I have had trouble getting up out of my computer chair, or the couch. Have had to lean heavily on the arms of the chair, so I tried it again today and I CAN actually get up without leaning on the arms or else pushing down on my knees IF I LEAN WAY WAY forward and swing my arms as I get up!

I'd love to be able to someday sit on the floor and be able to get up easily, but that has to do with overall health and age etc. too......
