I do neither Bodyflex or Oxycise but glad you are excited about it!Getting motivated to exercise is the hardest part, but once you get over that, whoo-hoo!!!!!!!
I do have a question, have you taken before pictures? It is amazing to see when you take after pics and how good they will make you feel!
I tried bodyflexing approx. 4-5 months ago. I am hoping to go back to it now that I am on Atkins and have finally lost some weight. I lost interest when I did not notice any inches lost - maybe I will have better luck with a weight loss. Do you follow the tape or do your own routine? Do you do it once a day or more?
