Cool Thanx guys!

Well, wasn't I as pleased as punch(LC ) when I came across everybody here from Canada, teaching me about canuck sources!

That was one of my biggest setbacks last year when I first started to LC, the other one is quite a bit bigger, I'm afraid, and I'm not sure if anyone can help.

You see, DH is allergic to soy, and anaphalactic to peanuts...in fact, we learned about the soy thing when I fed him a soy protein isolate shake, and we both thought he was going into anaphalaxis. Scary! ...so, the problem is, I can't use any soy products, ie flour, powder, TVP, tofu, etc. I also cannot feed him anything manufactured in the USA, because legally they do not have to say on the label if it may have come into contact with peanut products ("natural flavours" may be peanuts) (ergo, can't sue if he dies!). Also, most of the low-carb products (bars, etc) also make peanut butter products, making them off-limits...I don't eat peanuts either...gives new meaning to kiss of death . He refuses to try any other nut butters or flours, reasonably.

However, after that little rant, I'm still pleased to be able to order LC stuff on-line, without paying double the price! Thanks again!
