Hi liserann,
don't think of breakfast as eggs and bacon. u can eat anything u want, what do u eat for lunch? why not have what u eat for lunch at breakfast. try the recipes link on this page too.

Smile breakfast

I have tried cheese and bacon for breakfast, which is pretty good. I am not really fond of eggs, so they got old quick. I also have sausage, and when I am really in a hurry a protein shake gives me lots of energy to start out the day. Good luck.

Default alternating

Find 3-4 recipes, and just alternating helps with the boredom factor. You can have egg salad one day, an omelet with mushrooms/cheese, a burger pattie, sausage, hotdog, fish, tofu etc etc.. if u keep it varied, it'll keep ur taste buds alive

Default breakfasts

I LOVE leftovers for breakfast, no thinking required I usually get them ready while cleaning up from dinner. Cold chicken, sliced steak, some cheese, celery with cream cheese (the flavoured ones are great too) or PB... do you like cottage cheese? Peperonie or genoa salami wrapped in a slice of mozzarella is great on the go.

Hope these suggestions help!

Nat

Default Neat Idea

I found that if I eat small pieces of steak for breakfast, it lasts most of the morning... I found minute steaks (thin slices of round eye steak) are cheap and I just put them in seperate bags. Add some oil and seasoning and it takes but a few minutes to cook. And they are good cold!
Also I take Ham slices and put cheese in the middle then grill them. Mmmm..
