Well, the first habit is completed. 88 Days on track out of 90. Not too bad. I don't snack much at all anymore and this has helped a lot.
IFing has been going well. I'm average 14-16 hours of fasting each day.
The next update will only have the IFing entries. I also realized I started IFing a few days earlier, so I have adjusted that as well. I have a fasting tracking app that I use and it turns out my start date was on Feb 10th, not the 12th. So, that is corrected now.
